Protected Customer Data status
Brummell's Shopify app is requesting Protected Customer Data at Level 1, the tier covering basic customer information needed to operate the app. That application is currently in draft with Shopify and has not yet been approved. We have not requested Level 2 access.
Until Level 1 approval is granted, Brummell does not have Shopify-authorized access to protected customer data on your store. We will update this page as soon as that status changes, and merchants who want the current state confirmed directly are welcome to ask on a pilot call.
What the app accesses
Brummell's widget reads product catalog data to build outfit pairings and captures funnel events (product view, widget view, add to cart, checkout start, purchase) through a Shopify Web Pixel to measure lift. It does not require access to customer personal information to perform its core function of pairing products.
