Storefront surfaces
Three placements. Already specced, already built.
The Versatility Strip sits on the product page and answers "will I actually wear this." Complete the Look sits below it and answers "what goes with it." The Cart Companion closes the gap right before checkout. Nothing here leaves the merchant's domain, and nothing shows a match score, a fit prediction, or a size recommendation.
PDP Versatility Strip
One line, below the price and above the theme's own Add to Cart button. It never carries a button of its own and never renders louder than checkout.
Wool Wrap Coat
$328
- Personalizes when it can (closet count, occasion coverage), and falls back to a plain cost-per-wear line for anonymous shoppers, no dead space either way.
- Every number on the strip is something the shopper could verify themselves by opening their own closet, never a manufactured stat.
- Merchants can opt in to a quiet return-guard note ("Close to the charcoal wool coat in your closet") on products where duplicate purchases are common. Off by default.
Complete the Look
Sits below the product description. Tiles are complete outfits, never an anchor-plus-one pairing. The occasion switch swaps the whole outfit at once.
Complete the look
Wool Wrap Coat
Merino Turtleneck
In your closetWide-Leg Trouser
$128
- Pieces the shopper already owns are visually distinct: muted, labeled "In your closet," no price, no add control, never a tappable target.
- The CTA only totals purchasable pieces, so the shopper never sees a cart total that includes something they already have.
- After add-to-cart, the same block invites the shopper to style the rest of their closet around the purchase, the one acquisition ask on the page.
Cart Companion
Reads the actual cart and states what's missing by category, in one collapsed line below the line items. Carries no acquisition ask, and never delays checkout.

Wool Wrap Coat
Qty 1 · $328
- Checkout renders at full price and full opacity from first paint, the companion never gates it behind a "complete your look first" pattern.
- When the missing piece is already in the shopper's closet, or the cart already spans top, bottom, and shoe, the line changes or disappears. It never manufactures a reason to add something.
